Letter from Philadelphia

Dear WRRAP:

This will really change my life mentally, physically and emotionally. I live in a shelter and have lots of pain from this pregnancy. I already have children and I am not fit to have another. I so appreciate what WRRAP has done for me and will never forget that you kind people came through when I had nobody.
